The role will require you to manage your own clients, on-going retainers and full e-commerce website build. You'll help advise on client's overall e-commerce strategy, maintain close client relationships and prioritise, organise and deliver your clients work using our design, strategy, and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent relationships with our clients
- Run client meetings and present to clients
- Managing and working with multiple clients - medium to large.
- Holds weekly meetings with client/s to communicate the progress of existing tickets and discuss new work and priorities.
- Coordinates the activities of the team to deliver clients' work on time and within budget
- Ability to consistently respond to customer needs in a timely and effective manner
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects across multi-skilled teams - digital management of e-commerce websites
- Attends the weekly sprint planning meeting
- Updates senior management with current projects, risk areas and client satisfaction.
- Create Monthly reports for the clients'
- Conducts monthly Service Improvement Plans with each client
- Conducts 6 month roadmap planning meetings with the client.
- Responsible for building proposals of work and gathering estimates.
- Ensures invoicing is accurate and on-time.
- Monitors clients support hours
- Upselling the value of our other services
- Advising clients on new and emerging technologies, and site optimisations
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Higher education required
- 3 years experience in a relevant industry
- Experience in E-commerce is a must
- Previous experience managing a mixture of small-medium sized projects
- Strategically minded
- Bright, ambitious, and looking to progress in a fast-paced, challenging work environment
- Client management skills including running workshops and presentation skills.
- Proven experience leading requirements gathering workshops and writing functional design documents.
- Ability to understand a client's business strategy, their processes and develop technical solutions
- Ability to understand high-level technical detail
- Excellent communication skills with the team and clients
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Naturally well-organised, reliable, and enjoys working in a methodical way
