The Opportunity
As a Senior Solutions Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' eCommerce architecture through your experience and understanding of the eCommerce landscape.
Your work in discovery workshops, solution strategy and implementation will directly influence the strategic direction and technological framework of our clients’ eCommerce solutions, ensuring they are not only innovative but also aligned with their business goals.
As a senior member of the team, you will support upskilling our solutions team, be a vocal advocate of Adobe products and keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends within eCommerce.
This role demands an experienced professional with a robust technical background and a profound understanding of Adobe's suite of products, along with an unwavering commitment to enhancing customer experience and operational excellence.

As a Senior Account Executive, you'll have a strong focus on new business development, where you will identify, target, and engage with potential clients to understand their needs, and present a tailored solution to achieve their goals. Additionally, there will be opportunities to expand existing relationships with key clients, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities to deliver long-term value. As an Adobe Gold status partner agency, our client base spans some of the largest, most reputable businesses globally, supporting them in crafting exceptional online shopping experiences, so well developed communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. What's more, you will have a track record of closing large scale/budget sales in a digital or commerce environment, and the ability to liaise with colleagues to ensure projects can be delivered on time, budget and scope. Ultimately your role is to drive new client acquisition and maintain healthy relationships with existing clients, to expand The Pixel's presence in the digital commerce space.
