2024 has been a year of transformative success for The Pixel team as we delivered cutting-edge solutions that have empowered our clients to leverage the full potential of the Adobe Experience Platform. From personalisation to real-time data insights, here’s a look at our key accomplishments this year:
Adobe Target: Powering Personalisation
We successfully deployed Adobe Target across three major clients—Bulk, Farrow & Ball, and Poundland.
Notably, our work with Bulk took a major leap forward by integrating Adobe Target with Edge Delivery Service on their website. This marked a significant achievement as we utilised bleeding-edge technology to deliver fast, real-time personalised content at scale, enhancing the user experience and performance.
For the Target and Farrow & Ball solution we enabled the Farrow & Ball website to dynamically personalise content for users based on room inspiration and colour preferences, with updates occurring in real time. This has transformed how customers engage with their product offerings, creating an interactive and tailored experience.
Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP): Unifying Customer Data
Two significant RTCDP launches were delivered this year for Science in Sport and Poundland. Both brands are now equipped to unify and activate real-time customer data, driving more targeted and personalised marketing efforts.
With RTCDP, Science in Sport now leverages customer data to “Collect, Segment & Distribute” content based on Recency, Frequency, and Monetary (RFM) goals. This has enabled Science in Sport to deliver the next-best content recommendations based on customer spending habits and personal fitness goals.
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO): Enhancing the Customer Experience
We also made strides with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), implementing it for Poundland’s App to deliver personalised offers directly into their mobile platform. Backed by CDP and Target, the App now collects, segments, and distributes content based on user preferences, providing Poundland customers with relevant offers and tailored experiences in real time.
Customer Journey Analytics (CJA): Actionable Insights at Scale
Poundland also benefited from our deployment of Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), unlocking a holistic view of customer behavior across channels. This solution has provided the brand with invaluable insights into customer journeys, enabling them to refine their strategies and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
