The eCommerce Expo at London ExCel is always a leading event to attend for people working in and around eCommerce. We had so many conversations with event attendees at The Pixel stand wanting to find out more about Total Digital Commerce and the work we are doing delivering eCommerce success for our customers. Always great to collaborate with others in the industry and check in on the latest technical and strategic developments.
With over 200 talks at the Ecommerce Expo our team attending the Expo were impressed with the speakers and content. We are looking forward to bringing this insight and strategy to our customers.
A highlight of the eCommerce Expo was the awards evening. This year The Pixel had six entries shortlisted in various award categories and we were delighted to take home three awards on the night.
Best B2C UX in eCommerce - Gold award - Farrow & Ball
Best New Website Launch - Silver award - Poundland
Best eCommerce Replatform (over 140 employees) - Bronze award - Farrow & Ball
For the Farrow & Ball gold award The Judges commented that Farrow and Ball's digital transformation has resulted in a premium, intuitive website with great content, features, and a highly useful paint calculator that addresses real consumer needs. The success is evident in improved conversion rates, reduced friction, and revenue growth, demonstrating how customer-centric design drives growth.
