On Tuesday 10th September The Pixel held an Autumn Customer event at the Adobe Old Street offices and it was great to welcome so many customers to the all day event featuring The Pixel presentations, customer presentations, topical conversations and roundtables.
The opening presentation focussed on The Pixel update which covered the latest client website launches and client projects, latest eCommerce award shortlistings and an update on The Pixel customer satisfaction NPS scores.
Next up was the regular section on eCommerce trends which featured statistics and key takeaways for preparing for peak season, followed by statistics and takeaways for checkout optimisation and customer self-service.
The Pixel then provided insight into the development of The Pixel DX Data Hub which is a product developed by The Pixel which reports on website KPI and site metrics, site speed performance and digital experience monitoring.
After a break, The Pixel Growth and Strategy team delivered a presentation on Analytical & Behavioural Research using Data insight ideation and Validation Experimentation to drive eCommerce success and future strategies.
The event moved to the customer roundtables which is always one of the highlights of the day as our customers get to share their personal and business experiences. The roundtable discussion subjects covered were Preparing for Peak, Understanding your Customers and Optimisation the Checkout.
After lunch, the attendees had a compelling talk from Paul Ratcliffe of KCS Education who delivered a talk on a Digital First Strategy which covered the eCommerce journey of KCS Education from where they started, where they are now and their eCommerce plans. Lots of insights and relatable content for all customers and great to hear one of our customers talk so candidly about their eCommerce strategy and their business.
The final section of the day was a fireside chat with Edward Scott-Finnigan, Head of eCommerce at The University of Law and Alex Shepherd, Sales Director from Adobe where they discussed Unlocking eCommerce Success. Great insights from Alex and Edward which also opened up questions and debate amongst the attendees.
