What Our Customers Say: The Drum Recommends

Since 2022, The Pixel has been using The Drum Recommends Programme to gain genuine, insightful feedback from our clients and build a transparent reputation for the quality of our services. The Drum Recommends provides a structured, validated platform for collecting customer reviews and scores, which directly helps us to understand our clients’ experiences and ensure we consistently deliver value and results.

What is The Drum Recommends Programme?

The Drum Recommends is a unique programme that invites customers to rate their experiences with service providers in various industries. It enables clients to leave feedback, rate services, and provide optional testimonials, which are all compiled into a profile that potential clients can view. What makes The Drum Recommends particularly trustworthy is its comprehensive rating validation process. This process verifies that every review is authentic and aligns with the rigorous standards set by The Drum.

Why The Pixel Uses The Drum Recommends

The Pixel values transparency, authenticity, and excellence, and The Drum Recommends aligns perfectly with these principles. By participating in this programme, we open a channel for clients to share their feedback and experiences with us and the broader public. Here are the primary reasons The Pixel chose to use The Drum Recommends:

  1. Understanding Client Satisfaction: Each rating and review provides us with essential insights into what we’re doing well and where we could improve. We learn directly from clients about their experiences, helping us refine our services and approach based on real data.
  2. Encouraging Honest Feedback: Clients have the option to leave a review and provide feedback even without a direct invitation. This means every piece of feedback is entirely voluntary, making the reviews more authentic and representative of the client’s true experience with us.
  3. Verified and Credible Ratings: The Drum’s validation process gives The Pixel confidence that each review is credible, enhancing trust for future clients who read our reviews. Additionally, the fact that client ratings are only valid for one year keeps our feedback up-to-date and relevant.
  4. Optional Testimonials: While reviews and ratings are anonymous, clients can choose to provide public testimonials. These testimonials are then attached to The Pixel’s profile, allowing future clients to see real-world examples of successful collaborations and outcomes.
  5. Building Our Reputation: In a competitive industry, building a trustworthy reputation is crucial. The Drum Recommends Programme helps us demonstrate our commitment to excellence by allowing potential clients to see the results of our work directly through past clients’ feedback.

How the Process Works

The Pixel uses The Drum Recommends to gather feedback in a streamlined, transparent way. Here’s how it typically unfolds:

  1. Invitation to Rate: After completing a project or reaching a milestone, The Pixel invites clients to rate their experience. This invitation is sent directly from The Drum, adding a layer of neutrality to the process.
  2. Client Feedback Submission: Clients receive a short survey in which they can score and comment on The Pixel’s performance, covering various aspects of the services we provided. This survey includes prompts for specific scores on service quality, communication, and results, among other areas.
  3. Anonymity and Optional Testimonials: Client responses are gathered anonymously, ensuring that feedback is candid and authentic. For clients who wish to provide public recognition, they have the option to leave a testimonial on our profile page.
  4. Validation and Credibility: Every review goes through The Drum’s rating validation process to ensure it meets credibility and authenticity standards. This validation adds a layer of trust to every review and allows potential clients to rely on the ratings for their own decision-making.
  5. Drum Scoring: As soon as the reviewer leaves scoring the review scores will be updated with the average score displayed with an Overall Score and scores against categories including client services, creativity, strategic thinking and Return on Investment (ROI). Review scores are only valid for one year to ensure all scores are current.

How This Benefits Our Clients and Future Customers

For existing clients, The Drum Recommends provides an opportunity to have their voices heard, contributing to a more meaningful and personalised relationship with The Pixel. Clients can see their feedback in action as we make adjustments and improvements based on their scores and suggestions.

For future customers, The Drum Recommends profile serves as a trusted source of information, showcasing genuine feedback from a third-party validated programme. Prospective clients can read through current feedback and testimonials to make informed decisions based on verified client experiences.

A Commitment to Transparency and Excellence

Through The Drum Recommends, The Pixel continues to solidify its commitment to quality and transparency. We are proud to have this opportunity to showcase our client relationships and to provide a platform where clients feel empowered to share their true experiences. With the continued insights gained from The Drum Recommends, we aim to evolve and exceed our clients' expectations, building long-lasting relationships rooted in trust, credibility, and exceptional service.

In short, The Drum Recommends is more than a feedback platform—it’s a partnership that keeps us at the forefront of accountability and client satisfaction, allowing us to grow and adapt with each client’s unique needs.
