May Customer Event

Another packed session of the latest market insights.

On Wednesday 1st May we held our latest customer event at the Adobe offices White Collar Factory. It was great to welcome so many customers to the event with a morning full of presentations, roundtable discussions and networking.

The opening presentation focussed on the latest Pixel news updates where we highlighted The Pixel winning the Emerging Partner of the Year for UK and Ireland, The Pixel retaining our gold partner status, our new website launch and the development of The Pixel Experience Lab - a Pixel-owned product that shows real world demonstrations to customers about the benefits of the Adobe Experience Solutions.

We then presented The Pixel review of Adobe Summit which covered The Future of Customer Experience Management in the Age of Generative AI and the hot topic of “Adobe Introduces Firefly Services and Custom Models to Accelerate Content Production. 

As part of our eCommerce trends regular customer event feature we looked in depth at site search and key statistics around site search usage with key takeaways for customers to get the best out of site search. We then looked at customer data - qualifying the value of customer data, what personalisation means in 2024, and trends around how customers and businesses are comfortable with AI and how AI will transform business operations.

We then provided an update on the work The Pixel are doing with Adobe Edge Delivery Services with callouts on how we are seeing an 50% Estimated saving on dev time, Achieving 100 PageSpeed Insight Scores and Reductions in page load times. Look out for updates on our social channels and webinars on how we are embracing Edge Delivery Services. 

Stuart Taylor and Eve Clements from The Pixel Growth and Strategy team then presented an introduction to the Growth and Strategy team covering the Business Analysis team, Solutions team and the Digital Experience team. They then covered the personalisation work with Farrow & Ball, the benefits of a site search tune-up and approach and deliverables of running a technical SEO audit.

To conclude the presentations, Simon Coles from Adobe presented “Adobe Commerce - Unlocking your commerce data” with best practices and use cases for enhancing your website experiences with customer data.

The event concluded with round table discussions covering site search, customer data and digital marketing and this was followed by a networking lunch.
